Located in Bishop's Lodge Estates, Tesuque, New Mexico, the site is a ridge top running north and south with breathtaking views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains to the east and a wonderful view of the Espanola valley down through the canyon to the north.

Because of the limitations of the site and the necessity of providing for vehicular access, a two-story solution was chosen. On the lower level is the garage, office/ library and the entry. The "upper level" is actually three levels, with two bedrooms, kitchen and living/ dining room. The master bedroom opens onto a garage-top deck -- an intimate retreat with views of the Sangre de Cristos.
